"Wonderful! Best meal of our trip and relaxing private onsens. Comfortable beds and strong wifi. We would definitely return. Ajisai is a ryokan or traditional Japanese inn tatami-matted rooms, futons and private onsens or natural hot springs. Upon making a reservation, the hotel sent us a detailed email with directions and advice. The managers/owners are lovely and very helpful. When you arrive, you can feel the peaceful atmosphere. "Booked this room for the private onsen and it was quite a lovely experience. We brought our luggage to them early in the morning and asked them to hold it until our check in so we could explore and after we checked in and made it to our room they sent someone to bring the luggage up. There was a breakfast buffet included with our room and it had a really nice variety of foods from western to Japanese. Staff spoke great English "

Our room was beautiful, very clean, spacious, and they provided everything you need and more. We enjoyed the hot tub and had a drink in our private backyard.
