"It was a nice stay. Hotel staff is very nice and friendly. Claudia was very helpful and assisted with all our questions and requests. Location is very convenient, short taxi ride to the center. And lots of restaurants within walking distance. Very cute area around the hotel. But rooms need some remodeling, we stayed in 2 different rooms and both looked very used. "

Warned of some incoming noise with construction, which was much louder than anticipated so limited our time with the actual hotel (we escaped the noise). could hear the other room quite a bit despite being the top floor. Also had some issues where my key kept getting deactivated after one use (many times) which was a pain, but overall not a massive deal. Bed stiff, but big fan of the area -- if you aren't into walking a good...

"Fantastic reception team at the hotel makes the experience much better, the credit goes to Eros, Olga, Esmeralda, Alex, Anna and anyone else we forgot who helped us everyday for various tasks for ourselves and the baby. I would highly recommend this location as it’s close by everything, walk < 15 mins and far enough from the noise so it’s peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast, gym and massage areas are also conveniently accessible without too much waiting or need of advance reservations. "
