The location is good as it’s a walking distance from Gracia station and a few bus stops nearby. Wifi is too slow - often disconnected.
The room is ok - acceptable level. However, the safe in the room is a crap. We couldn’t unlock the safe for twice during our stay and had to raise the same issue for multiple times until they took actions needed.
As the safe didn’t work appropriately, we had to keep all valuables in our suitcase and bring it to the reception for them to keep it everyday before going out.
This happened to another safe in a different room as well - so it was not unique to the specific safe. Not well maintained. Do not use the safe in the room as in the worst case scenario, you cannot unlock it to collect items before checking out.
The safe in the room is designed as a “smart safe” where you can lock and unlock the safe by using the app. However, the staff told us not to use the app as it didn’t work well and ask us to use PIN code to do so - there is no such instructions in the room and manual PIN functionality didn’t work either, meaning the safe is useless.
I would refund some of the paid accomodation fee if I were the hotel manager due to extremely inconvenient circumstances, but it seem that they didn’t even felt sorry about the issue.
In addition to the above safe issue, the towel and some amenity goods were not replaced for a couple of times during our stay. The quality of housekeeping is below standard.
Very disappointing customer service.
