"I stayed in private room with attached bathroom, and the room is clean and spacious. It’s located just next to Interlaken Ost Train Station, very convenient. And there’s is a supermarket named COOP just nearby."

"Stay was wonderful. Got a single room and it works just fine for 2 nights. My only complain is that in the shared kitchen, they dont seem to maintain it. No dish washing soap and the sinks were all clogged for a hostel. No one seems to care about it. "

"Great place to stay for a quick overnight in Interlaken prior to an early morning Jungfraujoch trip. We are a family of 4 and booked a quad family room. Great room, comfortable beds. The shower does not have a separate shower area so it was hard not to soak the whole room, but otherwise room was great. The fan was much appreciated on the hot day. We had an outstanding fondue dinner at the restaurant onsite. Great place to stay, would recommend."

"Very nice and clean property right on the lake. Only a 10-15 minute walk from the train station which is convenient. When I was there there were a lot of families with young children and not a lot of young adults so it was not a very social hostel as a solo traveller, I do not know if it is always like this. "

"You must meet your host for the key, however he does not speak much English so that was a challenge. Be sure to email and call a few days in advance of your arrival to ensure that you can get a hold of someone if you need to communicate in English. Having a washer was great, but clothes must air dry in the lower level. Plan to wash in the evening and hang dry overnight and you'll have guaranteed dried clothes. "This hotel is great, the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fabulous. There is not much going around in interlaken west but the train station is literally next door, so you can hop off to any where in switzerland."

"This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed there for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are little smaller than expected but manageable. The staff is excellent. The only issue was the noise from trains as the tracks are right next to the hotel. You have to close the windows to reduce the noise."
