"We enjoyed our stay immensely! The apartment was extremely clean, modern, and well equipped. We felt very much at home and could easily relax and unwind. Sophie and Denis were so welcoming and helpful with numerous ideas of places to go. The sole problem was that a week was simply not enough time to do all that we wanted in this beautiful region. We look forward to our return next year!"

"We stayed here because of the 4/ 5 star rating reviews , for us it did not stand up to portrayed as that. The veranda is very nice , but the bedrooms and bathroom has no natural light. Sophie and Denis are very nice hosts , and will help you in any way they can . The village of ASCAIN is very good for numerous walks , and you have a good choice of bars and restaurants , which is 5mins by car , and the coast is not too far away. The goats and chicken are lovely"

"This little apartment was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable for our family of four. The location in the old town was very convenient for the restaurants, shops and pintxos bars but this also keant it was very noisy at night .We arrived a little early and was pleased to be allowed into the flat by the very helpful manager. There is a lift currently being installed so you have to go up stairs to access the apartment. Overall we were very happy with our stay! "

"Lovely apartment with amazing views and in a great location. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony every evening. Check in was easy and the owner/host was very responsive. The apartment was modern and very clean with plenty of storage and room for the two of us. Do note however there is no WiFi. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Great location for beach, restaurants and the ferry to Hondarribia (Spain). Apartment was beautifully presented and had everything we needed. We were there for 6 nights and the kitchen set up meant a nice balance of eating out and self-catering. Being able to park across the road was great as parking would otherwise have been challenging sometimes. Hosts Annie and Gilbert were lovely and very tolerant of our lack of French."

"Oh my! Where to start! This apartment is so amazing! The endless balconies with the amazing views are really something to behold! It is SO conveniently located with coffee shops directly across the street, delicious dinner options just down the block, and all that San Sebastián has to offer just steps away. The managers of the apartment were incredibly responsive when we had a small issue. I would 100% return and 100% recommend this apartment. What an amazing city and what an amazing apartment!"

"We have stayed 2 weeks with this lovely family. We were welcome by a cake an glass of vine. the property is in great area, peaceful, quiet village. They have huge garDen where our children enjoyed running around, feeding their chicken( they will miss us) . The apartment has lots of space an has everything you need for your stay, from cleaning tools till baby bits. This family gave us few ideas what to do and where to go an were very nice and kind. "This house is incredible. I've never stayed in a place as beautifully crafted and in such a beautiful rural setting. We cooked 4 nights as well and found the kitchen and outdoor grill to be well stocked. Our group was a family of 4 - kids were 18 and 14 years old. During our 5 nights stay we visited the nearby French Basque towns (including Espelette), we day-tripped to San Sebastian, went to Bayonne, Saint Jean de Luz, and Hendaye. Really fun week!"
