Discover the beauty of Coco from this terrific 2-bedroom condo.
First floor includes a comfortable living room, 1/2 bath, dining area, modern kitchen with gas range. Washer/dryer unit included on the enclosed back patio.
Second floor includes 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each room and a full bath. Larger bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool.
The third floor has an amazing covered rooftop terrace with wet bar, fridge, gas grill, dining set and hammock. Peek-a-boo ocean views and spectacular sunset viewing.
Tropical Dreams is a small community that offers security, parking, pool, rancho and lush gardens that are beautifully maintained and shared with friendly neighbors.
We are located in the Las Palmas neighborhood which is a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and downtown Playas del Coco.
