Beautiful Ocean View Penthouse 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom - Casa Q

Conveniently located in the hills above the gorgeous Blue Flag beach of Playa Hermosa.  This penthouse villa is an easy drive to quaint fishing villages of Playas del Coco and Playa Hermosa as well as the private beach of Playa Penca. The building is surrounded by lush jungle and offers peace and tranquility, while providing amazing views overlooking the village of Playa Hermosa and the Pacific Ocean.   This penthouse is spacious with an open floor plan offering  plenty of room to relax and enjoy your well appointed vacation home.  The 2 bedroom /2.5 bath condo has been completely renovated with new furnishings and has  gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances. There is a large flat screen tv in the living room with both Spanish and English cable channels. Comfortable pull out sofa provides you the ability to accommodate 6 people.The dining area has sweeping views of the Pacific. The master bedroom has a flat screen tv. For the active set, the location provides you with the ability to run or walk to Playa Hermosa and the surrounding areas.
There is a private rooftop balcony plus two additional balconies, one off of the living room and one off the master bedroom all with ocean views.  These areas offer a peaceful setting  to take in the sites and sounds of the  Howler monkeys, parrots and parakeets, and all of the other species of birds that live in the area. The view of the sun setting over the Pacific is unmatched from your private rooftop terrace.  
 Enjoy an outstanding selection of local restaurants, a wide range of shopping options and services in close proximity to Playa Hermosa and Playas del Coco.  Just 20 minutes to the Liberia International Airport and 10 minutes to CIMA Hospital.

Excellent Stay
This is a lovely property that we plan to book again. We had a couple glitches that were resolved immediately and as well as possible. The unit has all the kitchen basics to cook, but if you are accustomed to high end cookware, you won’t find here. There is plenty of space in common area for a family of 6 and the view from dining area made this condo a very special place. The top floor private deck is also a lovely setting for watching the sunsets. There are a couple minor repairs that should be done, but overall the condo furniture etc is very adequate with comfy enough beds. The location is very close to several beautiful beaches both quiet and more lively. You definitely need a car to get around. We spent half our time on the beach and the other half doing the volcano and jungle activities. The concierge Paula is very knowledgeable and her recommendations were well received. The condo provides beach towels and chairs that came in handy. Our big disappointment is that there was no pool deck furniture whatsoever. So if you want to hang out by the pool, you would need to bring chairs down numerous floors. Perhaps since it was end of slow season the furniture had not been put out. We never asked. Fortunately there is plenty to do aside from lounging by the pool. Hermosa and Ocatol beaches were our favorites. The staff was extremely responsive to all our needs and suggestions. Couldn’t ask for better property managers. The convenience of Liberia airport made the entire trip less stressful. Easy in and easy out. Costa Rica is not an economical vacation. We found the restaurants etc on the same price level as in the US. As an example, without air fare, but including car rental, lodging, dining out most nights but eating in for breakfast, tours, the vacation for four people ran us over $10,000.

This penthouse condo is perfection. The view is spectacular! We appreciated the rooftop area with outdoor kitchen for stunning sunsets and cocktails.

Magnificent view
The view is magnificent. Our stay was peaceful. The penthouse with rooftop patio had everything we personally needed to make our stay very comfortable. We love Playa Hermosa and Costa Rica. Our house manager, Edgar, ensured we had everything we needed, etc. and even loaned us his binoculars as we fogot ours. We will return to Playa Hermosa as we have fallen in love with the location and people. Thank you Edgar for taking amazing care of us during our stay!

The penthouse condo was absolutely amazing and the private, rooftop terrace was spectacular. Beautiful ocean views by day and wonderful starry skies at night! Paradise
The property is even better than expected, very clean, equipped with all you need and more. The view is phenomenal from waking up and looking outside to the beautiful upstairs sitting area. The property manager and staff at company were extremely friendly and very helpful leaving us with no reason to need anything but so sweet that she called to make sure our stay was going well. I loved it and can’t wait to go back.

This condo is beautiful and has amazing views! It is close to beaches and town. We loved going up to the deck in the evenings to look over the town and listen to the ocean. The condo is spacious and comfortable. An amazing place to stay!

Beautiful views
Bella Vista was a beautiful place, it was well maintained and had pretty much everything we needed to make meals at home. Several mornings we could watch the monkeys in the trees beside us. Having a washer/dryer and beach towels was very useful. Security were friendly. We tried to use jacuzzi tub but could not figure it out, so providing instructions might be nice. Wifi was excellent, TV in living room instead of just bedrooms might be nice, but we weren't there to watch TV so not a big deal. Overall a beautiful place with awesome amenities and gorgeous views. Very convenient to Hermosa and only 10 minutes from Coco by car. We used the concierge service to set up several excursions and were very satisfied. Beautiful country with very friendly people.

The penthouse was perfect for the 4 of us. The beds were comfortable and the apt was fully equipped (including beach chairs, cooler, towels). It is in a fantastic location - very close to many beautiful beaches, restaurants, and stores. The view is gorgeous!

Excellent property. Great views.
Very modern clean unit. Jan1-Jan 8, 2019. Top floor with amazing views. This unit has access to the roof deck, so lots of room there to get some sun. Modern appliances and fully stocked cupboards. Beds are very comfortable and nice showers. Laundry machines worked very well. Zindis staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We used Tico tours in their office to book an ATV tour. Playa Hermosa a nice small town and a great beach. Playa Coco is 5 minutes away with bigger grocery stores if needed. We got everything we needed at market in Hermosa. This property is about 1 mile from Hermosa town, and 1.5 to the beach, so we never walked anywhere. We had a SUV. Road it is on is busy without a sidewalk, so we didn't feel safe walking anywhere. Couple of small issues when we were there. Elevator didn't work for a couple days, good exercise, but an inconvenience. Sliding doors in master suite aren't really tight and whistled if there were really strong winds. (night we arrived, but never after that) Dishwasher door was hard to close to latch. Just some adjustment needed I think. Overall a great place. We had friends staying in Meacham top floor of building right beside, it is great also. The complex has a security guard 24 hours. Pools aren't heated and are refreshing. In January our pool didn't get much sun, but other building had lots of sun at pool. In the picture of the 2 buildings, ours was top left suite of left building and Meacham is top right in right building. The pictures of the deck and many chairs/loungers is on the roof. I would totally recommend this unit for 1-2 couples.

Beautiful and comfy penthouse with great view
Excellent location, very close to the center of town, wich comes in handy to go get groceries or go to restaurants and such. The penthouse is beautiful, very well groomed, clean, spacious, comfy and completely equipped. Also the condo has a nice pool guests can enjoy. The view fromthe rooftop is beautiful you can even see the sea and is perfect for watching the sunset.

Vacaciones Inolvidables en Penthouse !
El Penthouse es sumamente acogedor , con todas las comodidades , las habitaciones confortables,tiene una terraza con buen espacio para hacer BBQ , la piscina muy bonita . Realmente el lugar es hermoso y ni hablar de los paisajes,los atardeceres son hermosos desde el penthouse tiene una vista impresionante del golfo de papagayo, se disfruta mucho los bellos paisajes del lugar. Realmente quiero volver el lugar es bellísimo. La atención es muy buena. El penthouse es realmente hermoso me encantó lo recomiendo al 100 % es un lugar donde se viven momentos inolvidables.este es un lugar perfecto para que disfrute de sus vacaciones.

Great place to stay
The place is amazing, clean, beautiful and has all the appliances you need to make your stay comfortable. The view of the ocean is amazing. Is only at 5-7 min drive to Playa Hermosa and Playa Panama and about 10-15 to Playas del Coco. If you want to have a quite vacation, near the beach in a beautiful facility. This is the place. The property management team is a great and definitely it worth every Penny.

My family and I went for the perfect vacation on this beautiful penthouse with an amazing view of the area. The apartment have two bedrooms, with nice and confortable beds, seperated bathrooms, A/C for the hole floor, the kitchen with all the amenities that you need and a laundry station where you can wash and dry your clothes at any time. The livingroom have a sofa that is also a bed (very good matress by the way). You can enjoy breakfast with this beautiful view of the beach, just the way to wake up in paradise. In the afternoon, after having spend all the day on the beach, you can chill at the roof top of the penthouse. If you are lucky you might watch a mind-bending sun set or end up watching shooting stars at night. The supermarket and the beach are just a few minutes away by car. You'll feel confortable like home with the delight of paradise vacations. I highly recommend this place, you won't regret it!!!

This condo was perfect for our stay. The beds are all soft which I have found is something hard to come by in Costa Rica. The kitchen was also great, it had everything we needed. We went to the store and bought all our groceries and we’re able to cook everything we wanted. The AC also works great! Overall I give this a 5 star!

Simply Gorgeous!
The condo is cozy, it has everything we needed,. The place was clean, it has nice furniture and breathtaking ocean view. We received a warm welcome with tropical fruits basket. The concierge Edgar was in constant communication for ensuring we have everything we need. The rooftop is well furnished where you can see the Papagayo’s Gulf. We enjoyed a barbecue at the rooftop while we were fascinated with the sunset, It was amazing. The Condo is located on the hills, very strategic; during the sunrise you can enjoy the amazing sounds of the nature like birds and Congos; in the afternoon you can enjoy the sunset and during the day you can go and enjoy the beautiful beaches around. During our vacation We did sailboat, we ran at the beach and we did a little hiking for going one of the beaches. Definitely highly recommend place to spend your vacations. Cynthia Q.

Amazing view, perfect location
Perfect location, only 20 minutes away from Liberia airport. Also close to the most vistited beaches in the area. The condo was very cozy and clean. The manager was always pending of our needs The rooftop has a wonderful view of playa Hermosa and also bits of playa Panama and playa Blanca. Also has nice furniture and a gas grill to ensure enjoyment of the area. Also this condo is only 5 minutes away from Hemosa beach I will recommend to go to Aqua Sport restaurant at the beach to enjoy the sunset at Hermosa beach Finally a big shout out to the welcome fruit basket and breverages on our arrival. Nice touch!!

A million dollar view! Breathless!
The condo is located strategically on the hills of the gulf that provides a very welcomed fresh wind. It's a few minutes away from the beach that allowed us to have a wonderful RR time. The amenities were as described and everything was clean and well maintained. The property manager and the owner were easily reached whenever we wanted to ask for suggestions for places to eat out or activities available that could be rented on the different beaches. We loved visiting Panama beach, all though it was Peak Season everything was clean and nice.
