We are located in a gated community with 24 hour security and right on the beach. We are located 5 minutes from the town of Coco where you will find many grocery stores, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, banks and lots of nightlife. Our location is perfect for guests that would like to escape the nightly noise of a tourist town but close enough to access everything you could possibly need. This Bachelor apartment has a flat screen tv, fridge, toaster oven, microwave, electric skillet, high speed Wi-Fi, safe, and a full 3 piece ensuite with shower. All linens, towels and even dishes are available. Enjoy the large shared rear patio and laundry. The A/C will ensure a deep nights sleep. You even have access to three onsite pools.

We can even help you arrange airport transportation if you decide not to rent a car. We even have golf cart recommendations if you would like to choose that as your transportation option. If you feel like doing some water adventures there is a recommended tour guide station right on the beach. Our blue flag beach is one of the quietest because we are the only development right on Ocotal beach. People come from all over to snorkel along the rock formations at both ends of the beach. The beach is lined with trees that will provide ample shade if you're not a sun worshipper. The private entrance to this apartment is located in the rear of #25. This building houses two bachelor apartments and one three bedroom apartment. The rear shared patio has a BBQ pit and two separate outdoor eating/seating areas. We love to work with our guests to make the most of their vacation. We are always available to assist our guests.
