"A pleasant surprise. I didn’t know what to expect but it really impressed me. Great hotel for kids and families but also me (as a solo traveller) enjoyed it. Loved the help yourself element to the all inclusive. Means there weren’t any huge queues at the bar. Rooms were a very good size. The hot food for dinner could’ve had a bit more flavour and variety but that was one of a few downsides. I’d visit again in a heartbeat. "

"Lovely views from everywhere. Attractive and clean environment .Good beach and sea bathing - all strikingly clean. A wealth of bars and restaurants behind beach, with some decent shops too. Excellent hotel for couples with/without young children.A bit limited for older offspring.Some traffic noise from vehicles going to and from Puerto Mogan, but these are out of sight."

"We stayed as 2 adults in the Reserve area for 5 nights in February. It’s a beautiful hotel, the staff are super friendly and very friendly and efficient. The hotel is very clean and our room was cleaned, mini bar topped up etc daily. The Reserve lounge is nice, with snacks and drinks laid out daily. The pool in this area is lovely but sunbeds weren’t always available. The staff here offered you drinks, ice creams and fruit as you sun bathed with was nice. "Cannot fault this hotel and its facilities. Staff were polite, professional and very helpful. House-keeping is excellent. All the rooms have sea view. We were upgraded from premium room to a massive suite. Balcony was superb with sofa and jacuzzi. Breakfast was standard. Dinner in the buffet restaurant was average. The 222 restaurant is highly overpriced and food below par hence cannot recommend it. The Pool Bar is okay for lunch but there are lots of nice places to eat about 7 - 10mins walk...
