"We booked this hotel back in December for my wife’s birthday. Saratoga Springs is a beautiful town in the winter. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Maura at check in is invaluable to this hotel. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Recommend some nice restaurants and made us feel welcomed. "First time here. Room was very clean and no bad smells on the pillow cases! TV worked well and had decent programming. All lights worked. Thermostat worked well. Bathroom had full bottle shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap and lotion so no tiny bottles to struggle with. Towels could be softer. I couldn't get the automatic drape to go down so I used a hanger to clip the drapes together and that worked fine. Front desk lady was very pleasant. No complaints. Would stay again. Also the door has 3 types of locks so felt pretty safe. "
