The Space:
Cozy up and relax in this 1bed/ 1bath, 600ft² renovated private Carriage House nestled at the end of a quiet property, a brief walk to Saratoga Lake’s north end and minutes from downtown Saratoga. The spaces are compact but filled with lovely natural light and amenities perfect for enjoying a peaceful getaway. Gardens, flowers, and fresh lake breezes surround this property. Enjoy a beautiful evening relaxing by the fire with s’mores and let the world melt away.
LAYOUT:
From the driveway or garage, up a flight of stairs by great big bright windows finds you in the eat in kitchenette wide open to the living room social space. Coffee table conveniently converts into a terrific desk space! Through the living room is a generous size bedroom with office space, walk in closet and faint window view of the nearby lake. Accessible both via doorways from both the bedroom and kitchen is the bathroom.
SLEEPING:
For sleeping there is 1 bedroom with a Queen bed and a living room pullout couch for two.
KITCHEN/ DINING:
For meal time there is a kitchenette featuring all major appliances, a flip up island with bar stools for a great prepping and dining space, place settings for 4, plentiful bakeware and cookware as well as an outdoor grill for a wide variety of culinary prep wants and needs.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom offers a full size stand up shower, storage shelving, and generous elbow room. stocked with beauty care basics and plentiful bath linens.
RELAXATION:
For indoor relaxation you’ll find board games along with Smart TVs powered by free high speed internet, complete with basic cable loaded with streaming services apps ready for personal login access.
OUTDOORS:
The L shaped private yard space wraps around the side and rear or the Carriage House, accessible from the right side of the house through a gate, complete with outdoor grill, seating and games. A cozy wood burning fire pit with Adirondack chairs is available for property shared use as well!
GARAGE/ LAUNDRY:
The oversized one car garage has a washer/dryer, a bonus second fridge, storage shelves & is heated during cold weather months. Garage area is also a common laundry space utilized by one long term tenant at the property. Use of the laundry is infrequent and only during allowable hours. There are no other indoor shared spaces.
Guest Access:
Entire carriage house, garage, rear lawn and fire pit space is accessible. The living space is in no way accessible to any other building occupants.
The Neighborhood:

Located on privately owned property accompanied by a main house occupied by other residents. The property is off a road that wraps around Saratoga Lake at one end and connects with Union Avenue (Saratoga Race Course road) dropping you right into downtown Saratoga at the other end. Saratoga Lake views and boat launch are within a brief walking distance from the Carriage House.
Though we’ve never heard it or ever received any feedback about disruption, note there is a nearby firehouse across the way yielding potential for related audible noise. Complimentary earplugs available to accommodate guest preference.
