Enjoy a comfortable and quiet experience at this centrally located home in the city of Saratoga Springs. The home is located down the street from Saratoga Racetrack (15-minute walk) and Saratoga Casino and Raceway (5-minute walk), or a quick 5-minute Uber to downtown. Approximately 1-mile down the road is the incredible Saratoga Spa State Park; the home of The Museum of Dance, Roosevelt Bath and Spa, and the renowned Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC). Go the opposite direction out the front door and you will find Saratoga Lake and Saratoga National Golf Course are just a 5-minute drive.

After your day out enjoying everything Saratoga Springs and the surrounding area has to offer, return to the refreshing pool and soak up some sun in one of the comfortable chaise lounges (pool season is from May through end of September). You can then enjoy dinner using the outdoor bbq and dining area, play some yard games on the large back lawn, or sit out by the fire pit. If you are worn out from your day, you can simply sink into one of the comfortable beds or enjoy a movie in the living room.

This house was fully renovated in 2022 inside and out with mid-century modern inspiration. Features include central a/c, mudroom, open concept kitchen with coffee and tea bar, cozy living room and a dining table for 6. The house comes with board games for those quiet nights, high-speed internet service, and a flat screen tv. Charging ports are available throughout the house, both in the electrical outlets and within the bedside lamps. The basement contains a full-sized washer and dryer with laundry detergent for your convenience.

The kitchen comes well-equipped for you to cook during your visit. A full array of pans, pots, sharp knives, cutting boards, cookie sheets, olive oil, salt and pepper, a full array of dried herbs and spices, wine opener, and just about any cooking utensil you need.

All bedrooms (#1-King and a half bath, #2-Queen, #3 -two twins) have comfortable, highly rated mattresses with fresh, clean linens, blackout window coverings, and plenty of closet space.

Bathrooms are spotless and come equipped with hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, all linens you will need, as well as a basket of essentials, in case you forget to pack something.

Our goal is to make this a place you can stay and relax and not have to worry about bringing anything but your personal items.
