New 3-Bed Charming House

Newly constructed, charming home in Saranac Lake! Walking distance to Lake Flower and easy access to villages fine dining restaurants and brewerys. Perfect for weekend getaways, business trips, staycations, work-from-home alternative, or cozy home base while exploring everything the Adirondacks has to offer! Less than a 5 minute drive to downtown Saranac Lake and 15 minutes to Lake placid which had the historical 1932 and 1980 winter olympics!

Fire pit (wood not provided) with Adirondacks chairs, outdoor grill, picnic table.

2 bedroom 2 bath with sofa bed. Master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom while other bedroom has two queen beds and bathroom next to the room. Living room has a sofa which can be converted into a sofa bed.

The location was walkable to the whole town. Plenty of room for parking, big yard with fire pit and chairs overlooking the lake. Inside was clean and perfect size for our group. Kitchen, bathrooms and appliances (including washer and dryer) were all up to date and working.

Great place!
The house was very clean and in a quiet location. The attractions of Saranac Lake, including the traillhead to Mt. Baker and the Adirondack Carousel are within walking distance. The house was perfect for my family that included young children.

Great Location
What a great little house! Everything about our stay was excellent. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked dinner in our first night and breakfasts each day. The location is so close to Fusion Market which makes great sandwiches and has plenty of snacks and drinks. Overall a great location and an excellent little house that met our family's needs. We will definitely keep this place in mind and consider booking here again!

Regrouping
I rented this place to regroup after seakayaking in Maine for a week. Friends were coming up from the Washington area to join me for a kayak camping trip on the Saranac Lakes and I needed to meet them, regroup and do laundry and rest up. This was less expensive than a good motel and a lot more comfortable. Excellent location, well kept property and a very comfortable and well-equipped lodging.

Cute house near downtown
We had a lovely stay at the house. It was very clean and comfortable and was close to the downtown. You could walk to get lunch etc.. One comment I would make is to add a bit more seating. There was plenty of extra room in the larger bedroom.

We celebrated our grandson’s first birthday at the Carousel. The house was in the perfect location-walking distance to downtown. We also hosted a cocktail hour with our family in the house and had plenty of room.

Relaxing but a few items to address
The place was beautiful and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. So we’re the sofa and chair in the living room. There were a couple of small house repairs needed to make it a better stay. Will communicate with the property host.

Destination Wedding Family Homebase
This was the ideal place to stay, play and relax in Saranac Lake NY for our Family wedding. Close to the venues, church, grocery stores and quaint little village of Saranac. Spacious open areas inside and outside to pass the time and hang out. Fire pit, gas grill, picnic table expanded the entertaining space. We’ll definitely have this on our list to return in the fall for the fabulous colors of the rolling hills of Vermont.

Great House/Perfect location
The house was just as described. Appeared to be recently renovated and put together well. Beds were super comfortable. Bathrooms are a great size. Location was perfect and close to the lake in town. There was a nice sitting area outside with a fire pit. The property could use a little landscaping but I think it hasn’t really been warm enough to get outside and do much yet. Overall it was a great stay and I’d definitely stay again if I’m back in that area.

Nice modern remodel
It was beautifully remodeled but could use more seating in the living room for the number of beds. It was just me so I was very comfortable especially with the fireplace…very warm and cozy. I was hoping for a more rural location and the outdoor pics give that impression but the neighborhood was not what I expected Overall very satisfied

Charming & Very Comfortable Stay
What a beautiful location at the top of the hill with wildlife (deer) grazing in the yard in the morning. The place itself has everything you need to cook (pots, pans, silverware, cooking utensils, plates, cups etc.) - we made several meals and saved a lot of money. The beds were super comfortable and there are also bathrooms with showers (one has a washer/dryer as well). There was an iron and board, hair dryer...just stuff you need to live. Thanks for such an excellent place to stay in Saranac.

Perfect getaway
Spent a long weekend here with family and enjoyed this cozy clean space! Everything we needed was provided down to all paper products and soaps for bath and kitchen. We didn’t cook here but it seems well appointed to do so. Location was very quiet but in a neighborhood close to everything and only a short drive to Lake Placid. Check in was simple and communication with owner was quick on response. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

Reunion stay
We visited the area for a family reunion. The house was as described - newly renovated, very clean and the kitchen was very well appointed. The beds were very comfortable - like hotel mattresses. The outside could use a bit of landscaping to make the backyard, with grill and fire pit a bit more welcoming. The neighborhood was okay, but some homes were a bit rundown. However, we felt safe and the house could not have been more comfortable. Thanks for a great weekend!

Immaculate House
This house in Saranac Lake was just as pictured. Located in a cute eclectic neighborhood walkable to Flower Lake & a cute deli, Fusion Market. Everything looks brand new & clean. The house is roomy, & the beds were extremely comfortable. Split A/Cs in each room made for a comfortable stay for 2 couples. Good linens & thick towels, new appliances too. Only 15 minutes to Lake Placid. 2 bucks (whitetail deer) greeted us by the driveway ❣️

2023 Girl's Trip
This place was a diamond in the rough neighborhood. It was stunning, modern, with a gas fireplace so cozy, firepit with adirondack chairs in the back yard, and had all the accoutrements that one would expect for a vacation away from home. It was easy to access, close to all the Saranac Lake activities such as window shopping in the cute little store fronts, wandering through the Hotel Saranac (or Hot Sara if you are nostalgic/curious about it's history), going to the restaurants, and/or brewery just out of town. It was quite the serendipitous find and I would encourage anyone whom wants an inexpensive but clean and up-to-date destination!!

Feels like home
My family and I were looking for a cozy winter getaway to relax and enjoy time together. This hit the mark! I will say if you have mobility issues, this is a bit tricky to reach the door in the snow. My mother-in-law needed lots of help. It was slick and the path to the front door was loose rocks. It snowed overnight and was hard to find the path to shovel in the morning. Aside of this, it was a perfect stay. The home was clean and the layout was perfect. We loved having a fireplace to warm up by. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were only four of us, but if you were bringing more, there isn’t a lot of living room seating unless you use the dining table chairs or bar chairs. The bedroom could use some storage as there was no dresser to put clothing and such. The location was perfect for day trips. we would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. It just felt like home!

Hockey Weekend--great rental!
We (3 adults) traveled to see our nephew's Paul Smiths College hockey debut and wanted to find a place where we could spend some quality time together other than a hotel. This property fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and quiet, spacious, and very close to everything Saranac Lake has to offer. We will definitely return!

House was beautiful. Totally immaculate. Clean and modern. It was within walking distance to town which is a plus, but as a result is also more of a neighborhood so it is close to other homes. I personally would have preferred something more isolated but the post is accurate. I think maybe the pictures didn't show how close it is to neighboring properties
