Right off the bat, the staff was very helpful in setting us up for success and making the check-in as easy as possible. The room was enormous, very modern, and felt luxurious to stay in. The views were spectacular and the location was a great jumping off point for just about anything we wanted to do in Sapporo. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location right next to Susukino and Tanukikoji. Everything is within walking distance. There's the Jasmac hotel which also sports an onsen within a 10 minute walk. We stayed in the Executive suite, a total of 3 people. One of us opted for the futon, which is an additional 1000¥ that is paid in cash to reception. There are two main rooms, both with heat/ac mini splits. The main room has a hot tub, but we didn't use it. Location is a bit off the main commercial area so it's quiet and convenient.

A great hotel that trades unnecessary minor conveniences for a larger room and a more cost-effective price. The suite was clean and well appointed while the rules/FAQs were simple and clear. Our party greatly enjoyed our stay and had no issues whatsoever. Might recommend using a local coin laundry over the machines available at the property, but any inconvenience in this case is far more a reflection of other guests at the time than the hotel's proprietors. Would recommend for both business travelers and families or vacationers.

It’s a very nice experience staying in Hokkaido. My family and I enjoyed the time here. The hotel is neat and beautiful. The bed is comfortable and big. The place is also near to the station and convenient store which is helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was a very comfortable stay and the staff are super helpful. They are only available from 3 pm - 10 pm, though, so be aware that it's not 24 hours. Excellent property!

Great space for family of four. One king and two twins plus a little sitting area and a kitchenette. Very walkable location - we walked to the Sapporo station with backpacks in just under 30 min. Really great stay here, spacious room, great amenities, close to the shops short walk to Sapporo factory. Also just down the road from Ramen alley and an onsen a couple of buildings away. Lawson and 7/11 nearby, building was very warm, we stayed when it was snowing and -8 deg outside, but perfectly warm inside. Overall a great stay, recommended for families!

No dining table
Room no dining table. Lack of recycle bin, room clean and tidy was average. Location is good. Enough on street parking lot for reasonable charge. Need charge for cleaning during my stay.

Location was okay. Beds for a family of 4 were great. Parking lots were not available at the hotel.

Be prepared to rent your futons
It was a complete shock to learn that we had to "rent" futons. It was sold as a two bedroom unit but the futon room had an extra charge to use the bedding. And they asked to call and seek permission to set it up which we weren't going to do while we're trying to get a toddler down for a nap. Cleanliness was mediocre. Hair in bathtub, dirt under beds. Limited kitchen facilities. Parking wasn't included (we were notified in booking) so that took some time. Excellent location and room size.
