The hotel was located conveniently near the JR Sapporo station (around 5 on foot) and it definitely helped make our daily travel plans easy. The hotel room was very clean and had a complete set of amenities and the breakfast buffet had a lot of food and drink offerings. Their staff were helpful and responsive - they assisted us with all of our questions! Will definitely book again when we travel back to Sapporo.

I appreciate the coffee machine at the lobby for drinks anytime. Room is spacious, heating is just nice, good water power in shower and closeness to food shops and sapporo station within walking distance. Simple no frills but cosy and effective.

Very convenient for the JR station and Metro. Hotel is kept in 5 star condition. The rooms are a good size and are very comfortable. The cleaning staff do a great job. I have stayed before and will certainly do so again.

I recently stayed at the Keikyu EX Hotel Sapporo and I was very impressed with my experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Sapporo Station, making it easy to access public transportation and explore the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with modern amenities. Location is very good as it is near Sapporo train station and has a convenience store at the first level. Room is also quite large and value for money for the price of the hotel. There was no notification on housekeeping matters for 2nd night stay and the service officer had problems understanding our issue due to language barrier.
