I recently stayed at Keio Prelia Hotel Sapporo for 7 nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is truly excellent—it's conveniently situated near Sapporo Station, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. One of the highlights of my stay was the quiet and serene environment. Despite its central location, the hotel provides a calm atmosphere that made it perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The cleanliness of the property also stood out. From the spotless lobby to the impeccably maintained rooms, everything was well cared for, reflecting the staff's dedication to maintaining high standards. Arrived on heavy snow, and the moment we stepped into the hotel, staff handed towels for us to dry. Room is decent size. Walking distance to Sapporo Station, 5 min walk or less and lots of food choices around. Hotel has an onsen, so added bonus. Good location and good hotel. Everything you need is provided for.

Hotel lobby was warm and inviting during the cold winter.. the sidewalk of the hotel was also brightly lit with pretty lights on the trees. It was also very considerate of the hotel to have water and ice dispensers on all floors. Apart from the mechanical parking situation that is slightly inconvenient to drivers, the property delivered the most important criteria of a comfortable stay by having a very clean room and public areas.

Great location near Sapporo Station with all nonsmoking rooms. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were very welcoming. The room was a good size with a small chair and enough space to keep my suitcase open. The breakfast room is pretty small and there was a long line at around 7am so I had to skip it. There is a smoking room in the hotel, which, unfortunately, is in the main hall across from the breakfast room and the smell was pretty terrible outside the room. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

About 10 minutes walk from Sapporo Station. The location was excellent. Hokkaido University Nearby. Staff are friendly and can speak English. Good public bath for relaxing. Re-checkin after few days, the room size quite smaller than before.

3 nights stay in Sapporo (Autumn)
The hotel is near the Sapporo station. If you have large suitcases, it would be a challenge rolling them on the pavement. You should not miss the wonderful breakfast. It is a good Japanese spread and uses local produce. We spent 3 nights here as an introduction to Sapporo. The double bed was placed against a wall so one of us getting in/out is rather inconvenient. We enjoyed our stay here.

Nice Hotel and Will Use it Again
My son and I visited Sapporo for the first time. We didn't know where everything was located but the Keio Plaza Hotel as located in a nice, clean street near the Hokkaido University campus and also a walking distance from Sapporo trains station. The hotel was clean, served was very good, and we very much enjoyed staying there.

Simple hotel. Clean room. Great breakfast. Simple laundry and even simpler gym. Nice staff and easy access to the Natural History Museum, the TV Tower and the Sapporo Clock. Wireless ear pods disappeared. Guessing gremlins or maybe now under the bed. Regardless a good place to rest for a few days.
