I reccomend this hotel. Great customer service and amenities, including the hot spring onsen and the enriched and yummy breakfast. You can get freely a cozy pijamas and personal items (toothbrushes, shower caps, etc.) It is very convenient and I felt more than welcomed there. I will book again this hotel if I will visit again Sapporo. Arigato gozaimasu!

エントランスのインパクトがあってユニーク。 ラウンジが洒落ていて居心地が良い。 一方で客室は普通でした。ベッドの寝心地が硬い。好みの問題なのかもしれませんが気になりました。客室で過ごしていると、廊下や付近の物音がまあまあ気になりました。 朝食は豪華ではないですが、食べたいものがあって、良いサービスだと思いました。

ラウンジでのまったり時間もお部屋でのまったり時間もどちらも良かったです。 ドリンクだけじゃなくて、デザートも食べれるの嬉しいサービスでした。 ヘアアイロンを忘れてしまっても貸してもらえるのもとても有り難いサービスです。 漫画の充実さもいいなと思いました。 家族旅行や長期滞在向けないいホテルでした。
