宿泊前の問い合わせから、宿泊中までも対応が早くて朝のビュッフェもすごく豪華で美味しかったです！ 上の階だったからかは分からないですが飲み屋街なのにすごく静かで環境音に悩まされることもなく、また部屋も暖かかったので寒さの心配もなかったです！ スタッフさん皆さん愛想も良くて、とても過ごしやすかったです。 フロントや朝食会場、お出かけの際に一言かけてくださるのが凄く嬉しかったです！

ちょっと駅から遠く感じました
到着時、南北線のすすきの駅から歩いたのですが、道がガタガタで歩きにくく、キャリーを引いていたので、かなり遠く感じました。豊水すすきの駅とは距離的に変わらないと思いますが、道が歩きやすいので、滞在中はずっと豊水すすきの駅を利用していました。施設的には大満足でしたし、部屋の掃除を辞退するとミネラルウォーターをもらえました。タオルなどのアメニティは扉に掛けておいてもらえるので問題ないです。
