When we arrived, We went to the wrong hotel, Hotel mystays Sapporo najima park instead of Annex. So be sure to check your booking properly before making your way to your hotel. Good thing it was nearby and we were by car so it wasn’t much of an inconvenience.
When we reached the hotel, it’s smaller than the other hotel and it wasn’t able to accommodate parking for our car. It has a specific height and width requirement for car parking which I overlooked. The staff provided with a parking map and guide to indicate where we could park our car, which was useful. Based on the map, there are a few parking spots nearby the hotel but it’s really based on availability. Some days when parking if full, we had to park further back.
The hotel itself has a quiet and safe environment. The room is Clean and has the basic amenities we needed. There are tea bags provided. Other things like, shower cap etc can be taken on self-service at the lobby. Ice, microwave, laundry services and vending machines are located at level 2 of the hotel. Our room was conveniently located at level 2. No water dispenser available.
Perhaps it would be great if there is a change coin machine for laundry mat too.
The room adequately fits us, a family of 2 adults with 2 small children. The kids are happy as long as there is a bathtub.
Staff is friendly and professional, ready to assists us when we needed any help.
Overall we had a good stay!
