The dinner buffet has so many delicious options and such high quality food that you should make it a priority to eat there. The hotel is definitely of the era in which it was built but I think that adds charm. The hotel does provide a free shuttle bus to the sapporo train station. If I come back to sapporo I highly expect to stay there again.

フロントの男性スタッフの対応はこちらの質問にも丁寧で素晴らしかった。 温泉側の朝の太った女スタッフは対応が横柄 ですごく不快だった 客室が使い勝手悪い 連泊したがせめて使用済みのコーヒーカップをそのままにされていたのが残念 部屋が異常に暑い 二度と泊まりません
