"The resort was wonderful, food was really good, the Bravo staff was great. The only improvement could be the quality of the VOI Concierge activities, we joined the Lipari/Vulcano one and it was expensive and unsatisfactory, I would suggest to future guests to check external activities not ones organised by the resort."

"We were so disappointed when learning that the hotel is located more than 3 miles from the seaside. On their advertisement, there are some pictures showing the beach and swimming pool. Fake images and incorrect description !!! We were obliged to stay as they refused to reimburse and it was too late in the evening. We want to be reimbursed. "

"My family of 4 stayed here for only one night but had a great stay. Spacious rooms and breakfast included which was great. Only problem we had was having two rooms with a front entrance with the door that did not lock. Didn’t want to lock our children in the other room so slept with the doors opened and unlocked. "

"We booked a stay in the junior suite (with jacuzzi), planning to stay in Milazzo for only two nights. But we loved the easy access to a clean beach, the super comfy canopy bed, the well functioning AC, the pleasant staff and good breakfast mix of sweet and savory (tilting in typical Italian fashion to the sweet). "The property is a little bit out of the way, but in excellent shape, nice garden and a fantastic host. Nino is one of the best hosts that I have ever met, he gave us excellent information about the nearby sights including restaurant recommendations and shopping suggestions. "This hotel is right on the sea so I would recommend taking a sea view room. They have big suits that are very spacious. We took the best room comprised of a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, living room, and media room. All of those were a decent size so it felt like living in your apartment. "Right on the beach! Location close to Montalbano's house and the restaurant he ate at in the tv show. Lovely restaurants by the sea nearby (by the Montalbano house), it's a 25 min walk. The breakfast is very simple"

"We came to Milazzo with the intention of taking the ferry to the islands, however, it rained, and we spent an unexpected and delightful stay in the city of Milazzo. "I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. The lady at the reception on 23rd around 13:30 while speaking to me in between exchanged words in her language with her staff member and both laughed and passed weird expressions which is very unprofessional and insulting to do to your guests. We went into the room noticed even the basic things are not in the room for a 4 star hotel. Only 2 water bottles in the fridge no kettle no tea bags no iron, Broken cupboards, Ants in the balcony, broken hair dryer, noisy Bed We asked them for extra towels 3 times finally had to get down and ask for 4 time.The AC was blowing air not cooling the room due to this my 1 year old got unwell and had temperature. I requested to make the AC work nothing changed. We went to speak at the reception and when we mentioned our baby is unwell they laughed at us at this moment we realised its a very unsafe place to stay.extremely rude and unprofessional staff worst hotel experience of my life.I had to leave the hotel and make another booking at a different place."

"It was very pleasnt stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a shuttle which was very helpuful to go into the town. The pools are very clen. Acess to seaside from the hotel was great idea which allows swimming or walking by the beach."

"Property was very friendly and accomidating but wasnt what we paid for.the air conditioning is broken,no housecoats,no kitchen,no parking or breakfast, the rooms are not soundproof. There is also no garden or balconies or terraces.Although the owner has changed things he tried very hard to accommodate us."
