"We’ve been staying at this hotel for many years … so much has changed and some of it not for the better: Guests now have to pay for parking. There’s not a bar of soap in the bathroom although we asked for one a few times & finally bought our own. Not about price but concept . Shower only had shampoo & conditioner in large containers … there was no liquid soap. When we complained they replaced conditioner with liquid soap! No Wash rags available . So a simple basic need available in any inferior hotels became frustrating. Staff has changed and although we had two nice reception attendants most of them didn’t seem to care … Reason we always stay here is because it’s convenient, accommodating and previous staff went beyond the usual to make sure guests were comfortable."

"One of our favorite hotels! Reception is always friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable (great beds), fantastic pool area and the food in the restaurant is great! My wife and love staying here when we visit Nova Petrópolis."
