"Loved the pool, very nice hosts, great breakfast, room was nice, however the description of amenities is not accurate - there was not air conditioning in the room, or is there a restaurant or pool side bar, which left us stuck for lunch when enjoying the pool. We booked a rook with river view but did not receive it. That all being said we did enjoy the place - but just beware or what is not accurate "

"Our stay at Quinta da Ermida was overall fantastic. There were 5 of us staying in the 3-bedroom apartment, which was its own house with separate entry and private bathroom for each room. The view was gorgeous of the river and the train, and the property was beautiful to venture and take in the amazing views. "The views over Lamego are fantastic. It is only a short walk into the old town (albeit uphill on the way back). Having parking on site is ideal as Lamego can be very busy and difficult to park in the centre. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very nice, great bed."

"The hotel is old style it must of been beautiful when it was new the amenities are ok but not great, the thermal is down the street and a new spa across the river. Roads are narrow and very windy, parking at the hotel are to small and hard to figure out where to drive in at. Rooms were large but not well arranged like I said old style"

"The Hotel is a boutique vineyard with outstanding people running it. I cannot say how good it is. The food and wine selection was outstanding. The staff was extremely professional, helpful and caring. We strongly recommend the hotel. "

"Our stay was most enjoyable. Staff was welcoming and very helpful. Our room was convenient. Elevator access is helpful. The location is optimal, with sites, shopping and dining all very close and an easy walk. We would certainly return it we find ourself in the great city of Viseu again."
