"The property itself is very nice and clean, including the laundry facilities. Upon check-in, the “front desk” person was unable to tell me my room number and referred me to text a WhatsApp # to customer service for help. After about an hour of chatting, I had my room details. My room, however, was not cleaned. I had to go out and buy a broom, mop, and cleaning products and clean the room myself. "The lack of communication and the lack of prompt assistance made my Damian’s I request for help to Expedia agents and help us find another location to stay few days before this property sent us a message of cancellation on their and due to repairs but they continued to have the same unit we paid for available on their site. "This is not a hotel - it’s more like a virtual hotel with access through the web. No front desk with a doorman (person) providing no assistance since it’s a mostly a residential building. 360 occupies 2 floors of the building which they make available through a convoluted email system. Very poorly organized with not much instruction. Would not recommend a stay without fully understanding the system. No housekeeping and a change in towels costs you extra (when they email you back)."
