"A localização privilegiada foi o principal ponto que me fez optar pela estadia no hotel, próximo ao centro, metrô, praças, base da PM e ótimos restaurantes. Além disso as comodidades eram muito boas, espaçosas e confortáveis. Café da manhã ótimo com várias opções, inclusive algumas opções fitness que fazem toda a diferença para quem está em dieta. "I visit Itaim Bibi a lot and Wanted to try this hotel. Read the other reviews as, for business travelers at least, the lack of usable wifi is a reason not to stay here. It's not even just slow, it's just impossible to get any connection, and when you do (for 5 mins) it's like dialup at best. I really wanted to like this hotel as it's clean, modern and spacious rooms in a great area, but I just can't overlook the problem with not being able to get any work done on wifi."

"We have been staying at the Astron Garden Special for around 20 years. In this recent stay we found that while the staff continues to be great and very helpful, there were things broken in the two rooms we had (window handles, soap dishes, furniture, etc). While at one point in time this was a boutique hotel, it is now past its prime and in need of a major upgrade. One person in our party now uses a wheelchair to get around and the rooms are not wheelchair friendly in that there is a step...

"I guess the hotel has gone through some improvement because the rooms look much clean now. The rooms in this hotel are maybe the best among the other Best Western I have stayed. Unfortunately, it is a small hotel with almost no lobby area. Breakfast included is not great, but the pizza they serve is good."

"Really liked my stay at this hotel in Guarulhos. The staff was incredibly friendly and no request seemed to be inconvenient (we were travelling with a baby and a child and they assisted me with cleaning and sterilizing my baby bottles and also were very quick to swap rooms when my child complained about being on the 14th floor as he is afraid of heights, so we were moved to the 1st floor). Breakfast was very delicious, it’s a buffet and there are varied options for all. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We also got a complimentary transfer to Guarulhos airport which was reliable and on time. I would return! "
