"Nice area. Nice and friendly staff, very helpful. Needed to pay Rs20 extra for blanket. Pillow and bed is low quality. No free coffee or breakfast. Keeps luggage until 6pm free, also have paid locker for Rs20/day."

"This was my second time staying at imagina hostel because I loved it so much the first time. It is an amazing place to stay and feel comfortable. There are many shops and restaurants at walking distance. It is super close to a metro and easily accessible public transport. It is a nice clean place with great people!"

"I really enjoyed my stay and the property staff made it very easy to check in. I stayed in the pent house room. Very spacious and I was comfortable for the most part. Two negatives which I will point out. During the summer time you have to be careful with mosquito conditions. "Cama confortável, box do banheiro um pouco pequeno (nada que atrapalhe muito). Recepção muito acolhedora na chegada. Os pontos que poderiam ser melhorados no quarto que fiquei é com relação a claridade de uma janela sem cortina e o barulho do interfone de uma vila que fica bem na janela do quarto. Tirando isso, o resto foi tudo ótimo. Atenção especial para a localização, muito boa!"

"The host/receptionist was very nice and accommodating. He let me into the room a little early and was very helpful. Neighborhood was very pleasant and it’s a great spot to stay if you’d like to enjoy Vila Madalena and Beco de Batman."

"Friendly helpful staff but Small room, double bed (we booked twin). Shared loo and shower with2 other rooms. Window didn’t close properly so mosquitoes a problem Basement room next to the communal kitchen so noise would be a problem. I just not 20 anymore, but it was the dead cockroach that decided we would go to the Novotel. No character but ac, private bathroom and space."

"A friend of mine and myself were really satisfied with our stay at Okupe Hostel. The common area is really nice and very social. Thanks to events that are set up it's easy to sozialise with other people. The location is perfect, Jardins is an amazing part of sao Paulo and there are some nice shops and coffees in walkable distance. We were most amazed by the friendliness of the employes at Okupe Hostel."

"Foi ok, como esperado. Única crítica é ao site ou a organização do hostel quanto a identificação da reserva com café da manhã grátis. Eu fiz a reserva contando com isso e na hora do café fui surpreendida com uma cobrança, ao questionar a atendente ela disse que na organização dela a reserva constava como de outro site, o qual não disponibiliza café grátis. Enfim, no final tudo foi acertado, mas fiquei receosa com a utilização do site hoteis.com novamente."

"Nossa estadia foi de apenas 1 noite, mas foi boa. Gostamos do chuveiro e da cama, muito confortável. Gostamos do local e de tudo ao redor. Acho que o banheiro deveria ter locais para pendurar as toalhas após o banho… "

great hotel in a great neighborhood

"The place was clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great setup. I would definitely return in a heartbeat. The only area that needs improvement is the pool— the water wasn't very clean. Other than that, the reception staff was young but very helpful. They took the time to assist with my luggage when there were no other customers waiting. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area. It's a wonderful neighborhood, and I had a great experience overall. Thank you"
