Our first stay was absolutely flawless—everything from the room to the service was impeccable. On our second visit, we encountered a few hiccups at the beginning, but what truly impressed us was how the situation was handled. Natalia, the manager, and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything was corrected promptly. Not only did she take care of every detail with genuine care and professionalism, but she also made sure that both us and our guests felt incredibly welcomed and valued. Thanks to her, the rest of our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Rosewood São Paulo continues to be our favorite place to stay in the city and one of our favorites in the world. We will definitely be coming back!"

"My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. This first started with our check-in process with Joaom who was extremely friendly and took his time giving us personal recommendations for the city as well as all of Brazil since we are traveling around the country. The rooms as mentioned are a bit dated in furniture, but the location was convenient, everything was clean. The area itself seemed safe enough, but we didn’t really spend much time there. The main areas of the hotel were very nice though. Elevators could be tricky in the mornings but that’s to be expected. Overall we were happy with our stay, it’s a good basic hotel for anyone visiting the city and I would recommend it to visitors in the future! Security guards were also very friendly and helpful, reminding my boyfriend and I to stay within the hotel-grounds when using our cell phones. "

"It was a convenient location to access life downtown during the daylight hours but after dark there were warnings from hotel staff and nearby police to be careful walking around."

"The hotel is very well located, close to Rua Augusta and Avenida Paulista. There’s an infinity of restaurants, bars, clubs, grocery stores and shopping within walking distance. The room is small but cozy and my room had a full bed and a twin bunk. The AC works well, the water is hot and the toilet is enclosed with its own door to allow for privacy. We parked at the hotel and it was pretty reasonable and very convenient. The hotel is very clean overall. I’ll be coming back for sure. "
