"We stayed at this property at the beginning of March, so not the busy season. The host was very responsive and helpful. The arrival instructions seemed confusing when received but were spot on once we got there. The balcony and view were amazing. We had a few issues during our stay but, again, the host was very responsive and did everything she could to fix it immediately. If you plan on having someone use the pull out sofa I would tell her ahead of time so the blinds are there."

"Loved the location of the apartment. The building needs maintenence, but that did not detract from our stay and the apartment was maintained well. There are restaurants within short driving distance and a strip with shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. An added bonus was the ciffside restaurant a short walj away."

"Great stay, comfortable beds nice and clean, the picture needs updating of the view from the back balcony, we had a nice time, check in process was easy and Fatima was on hand for questions we had. One thing I would suggest is that if you could have water in the fridge on arrival as we had a late flight I had to go in town with the kids to find a takeaway that had water when we really just wanted to go to bed "

"Well located with beach, restaurants and shops a quick walk away. Buses practically at your doorstep to get around to other areas. Property was well equipped. Laundry was a bonus but they do not provide detergent as I would have expected. Underground parking is tight getting in and out byt secure. Only downside is some street noise at night from bus loop area and furnishings are a bit out of date. The entrance to building is on sensors for lights and they were a bit slow so often fumbling in...

"Great place to stay in Albufeira. Just as advertised. Lots of room, great patio to relax on in mornings and evenings. Comfortable bed, and good water pressure for showers. It’s on a hill and you need to walk up (about 10 min walk) from either marina or old town….we are retired and in our mid 60’s and it was ok for us. Property manager, Katalan, was excellent to deal with….she had lots of useful suggestions for us. We would recommend."

"Good location located close to the beaches but far enough from the clubs. But can still be loud on the streets from time to time late at night. Very roomy apartment and hosts are excellent. Close to everything you could want or need in walking distance."

"My experience was good, the property has a average size but for the price its charge it should have a bit of more comfort, it should have better mattresses. Very hard and uncomfortable, missing like a kettle, the rest was good!! cleanliness excellente, bed sheet very clean i was quite impressed. "We stayed for six weeks from the end of January. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is spacious and set in very pleasant grounds. In fact, the Baia village complex is lovely. Not too big, beautiful rooftop views, and a very attractive pool. "The first half of this trip was a family vacation with our granddaughter and children. Having the baby supplies (crib, high chair, baby gate etc) was great as we were travelling from out of the country. Our son was still working so we appreciated the great wifi. Weather was not as good as we had hoped but still managed to get in a few hikes and beach days. "Appartement très bien situé, couchages bien pensés. Très contente ! Piscine au top ! Appartement propre. Proprietaire disponible. Seul petit bémol : isolation entre les voisins. Nous avions des voisins irrespectueux qui hurlaient des 7h30 du matin. Nous les entendions comme si nous étions dans la chambre. Je recommande !"

"Staff friendly and rooms very clean. Have stayed in Praia da Rocha several times before but never at Flor da Rocha. Only disadvantages, staying in late March the balcony always seemed to be in the shade. At no point, even on the sunny warmer days was it ever a sun trap. Think this is due to the other buildings close by and the shape of the building itself. Other disadvantage, which isn't the apartments fault are some of the other guests. Sound proofing between apartments isn't great...

"The service is exceptional, the staff are wonderful and food is fabulous. I would advise booking restraints for dinner via their website in advance of arriving to avoid not being able to get a table. I would especially recommend the Japanese restaurant. We also went to the Sisley spa and had a yoga class and sound bath which was very special. This hotel is 5* in everything. Even though it's child friendly it still feels quiet and adult only. So there is something for families and also adults. I was a solo traveler and felt safe and comfortable."

"The hotel was in an excellent location, walking distance to bars, restaurants, and shops. The breakfast selection was great and the rooms were cleaned to a high standard. The staff were polite and very helpful. The beach in front of the hotel was very nice, with lots to do. Would stay here again for sure! ."
