When checking in, they wanted to give me a room without private bathroom, although I booked a roomed WITH private bathroom. I insisted on a room with private bathroom, which they gave me. When it came to paying for the room, they wanted a much higher price then the price I booked it for. Only after calling the manager, I got the room for the price I booked it. Don't forget earplugs. "Foi péssimo, começou o rapaz deu um quarto com hóspedes, não tinha luz no centro do quarto, o rapaz tentou trocar e não conseguiu, primeiro não quis trocar pq achava que não tinha e não nos trocaria de quarto pq estava lotado.
