"Apartment was ok a few things did not work but they got fixed. all was ok until the day before check out when I got a message about electricity payment. even though everything had been paid in advance which seemed a bit strange. also Gold benefits where not given. Hotels.com shows incorrect information regarding "Free toiletries" one tiny bottle was given. also the apartment that was booked was not given."

They made me feel like a resident rather than a short-term guest. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of breads, fruits, juice, couscous, and meat and cheese. "Péssimo. Fiz reserva, a mesma foi confirma, entrei em contato por telefone com o anfitrião conforme, orientação. Mas ao chegar para o CHEK IN. Me informam que não havia reserva. Tive que pagar um hotel mais caro e tive despesas com transportes. Experiência terrível e indesejável. Não sei se a culpa do hotel.com ou do hotel para o qual fiz a reserva. Não recomendo. "
