"Nice property and location. Friendly staff. We had requested an early check in, noon instead of 3pm. I was surprised that they wanted to charge 500 pesos ($25 US) for this convenience. This is unacceptable. "

"The staff is very helpful. I recommend the breakfast with it's selection of 8 breakfast types. All 4 that i tried were delicious. The beach is across the street with easy access. There are several good restaurants near by. The pool is well maintained as is the property. "

"Really great find in puerto escondido, at the opposite end to La Punta so much quieter (which worked for us!). For the price this is really exceptional - great size rooms, beautiful colours, delicious food, plus cute cats living here if you like! But the cherry on top is the roof terrace with a pool and hammocks, gorgeous for watching sunset, eating lunch and great iced coffees. My only suggestion would be for the sun beds to be reserved for hotel guests until after lunchtime - and maybe to add a few more. Otherwise perfect! "

"The staff at this hotel definitely went out of their way to make sure I had a good time especially a gentleman name Renato ! The housekeeping staff were excellent and always making sure you didn't need anything cleaned or any towels !"

Despite initial reservations in booking Casa Kuaa after reading about the construction noise, we were pleasantly surprised, you could hear it, but it wasn’t bad enough to ruin your experience staying here (we did request a room the opposite side to the noise, I think it would be more annoying is you were in the closest rooms) The bar staff were fantastic and deserve a shout out for their service The only negative is that this hotel feels like it should be adults only, or at least have one of the sides of the hotel designated to adults only. "

"Didn’t wear shoes the whole time I was there able to walk across a road to the beach each day. Wonderful restaurant, beach towels available. Little Library. Friendly staff. A carafe of water in glass in my room each day much better than plastic. Old-fashioned Spanish decor loved it. highly recommendef recommended."
