"It’s definitely the best property we have stayed in Italy! It’s very high level, modern, wonderfully designed, with good-quality materials, very new, spotless and comfortable. The location is absolutely amazing, right in the centre by all attraction and the leaning tower just 10 min away. And the breakfast is probably in the best cafe in town! "I got really lost finding the right bus and Giacomo was really helpful and eventually came to pick me up in his car, which was fabulous as I was tired and with a big bag. The house is a lovely old house and the room was clean and perfect with an ensuite. "This was a great place to stay for an early morning flight out of Pisa. The walk to the airport is short and easy. The neighborhood is safe. Inside the Pisaland is a common room with a refrigerator with drinks to buy and complimentary juice, coffee and wrapped pastries. Then you have your own room and bathroom. The room was clean and had air conditioning. Also, the beds were comfortable. The aesthetics feel like you are in an older home. I would highly recommend staying here. "

"The location of this property is amazing, although a little difficult to find if you're using Google Maps. As its on the opposite side and end of the lane than shown. My host for the stay, Franca, has been lovely and offered some great suggestions of things to see/do on arrival. The rooms themselves are beautifully decorated, however I found the bedding and pillows particularly uncomfortable. Also, the rooms are not soundproof at all, which is understandable given the age of the building....
