"This is a lovely boutique hotel, minutes walk uphill from soa bento rain station. It is hidden in plain sight, and even the police a block away could not find it. Marianne, the owner , is wonderful, and helpful. Breakfast was cooked to order, and the bed was fabulous. We were walking distance from everything. It is very quiet at night, even though near a busy street. "

The location was good and felt very safe. Easy to walk everywhere. The ambience and character of the Guesthouse were fabulous - felt palatial and gorgeous."

The room was comfortable, clean, bedding fresh, ample towels and room equipped with basics such as shampoo conditioner coffee microwave fridge and basic cutlery. We were on the 6th floor with a balcony which was lovely to sit and watch the activities of the square with a coffee. The balcony was clean with table and chairs. "The beds seemed fine but the air conditioning didn’t work properly. The bedroom overlooked the back where a constant whirring noise from the multiple air con condensers were placed. From time to time, we can smell cigarette smoke even throughout the night. The night that we stayed there was a massive argument outside between a group of men n women which could clearly be heard in the apartment."

The view from my room was exceptional, and the rooftop area added an extra special touch for enjoying the night scenery.
