Recomendación de visitas para los viajeros con inquietudes culturales: villa romana de la Olmeda, pueblo de Saldaña, museo situado en una iglesia de Saldaña y alojamiento en el Hotel Rural El Marqués en Saldaña."

"This out of the way Parador is perfect if you want a quiet stay with stunning views. It's an older property and some of the fixtures/fittings in the bathroom are tired but on the plus side - shower pressure was good and everything was very clean and we had a great nights sleep. The resturant served tasty local food - very nicely prepared and presented. The staff were attentive and friendly - we would visit again if in the area."

"Goyo is a fabulous host and the house is absolutely beautiful. It is really well equipped and feels like a home instead of a holiday rental. The terrace is fabulous and the BBQ and it’s so quiet and peaceful. The surrounding area is stunning too. Shopping can be done in Cervera or Guardo. The former smaller and prettier. Could not recommend this place any higher/ 10/10!"

"Basic, and maybe what should be expected for the price, but very noisy (a recurring theme in Spanish hotels). ‘Free’ Wi-Fi didn’t work, when this was pointed out to the proprietor, he just shrugged. That’s alright then 😂. You have to keep a sense of humour."

"Fantastic welcome on a very hot afternoon. Couple of flights of stairs up to the room. Fantastic view of the river below from the room. No aircon but super quiet and pleasant with the large window open during the stay."
