If you are coming to Santiago you need to stay here. The staff is excellent, rooms are clean and nice. Housekeeping staff is wonderful, the included breakfast was great. The hotel was very close to a metro stop and other local attractions

We stayed during 3 days without hot water due to a problem in their plumbing as per what they’ve informed . I am still waiting for a refund in order to compensate the discomfort of this situation. Hope they will do what they’ve promised. Best

Great location, convenient. Breakfast choice a little limited ( 3 options only) but good quality. No spaces just to sit around if that is what you need - basically rooms only but good all round

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. We had to wait for more than 3 hours before we could check-in because the check-in time is only at 3pm. The staff didn't seem to care. Usually, hotels try to help with early check-ins and clean the room if necessary, but this was not the case. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Confesso que fiquei com um certo receio com as avaliações mais recentes, mas fiz questão de vir aqui deixar meu relato. Acabo de fazer o check-out e posso dizer que foi uma estadia maravilhosa. Os quartos são espaçosos, cama confortável e o chuveiro é incrível! A vista do Sky Costanera também era linda. Fiz o calção dando uma nota de 50 dólares e eles prontamente devolveram na minha saída. Sem contar que o hotel é perto de inúmeros restaurantes e a cinco minutos de caminhada do Mall Costanera (mas ainda assim super silencioso). Não consumi o café da manhã e por isso não posso comentar. Nota 10/10.

Localização incrível, perto de comércio e estação do metrô. Funcionários solícitos e simpáticos. Solicitei andar alto e fui prontamente atendida. O que poderia melhorar seria o café da manhã se tornar buffet. Fica em uma rua com restaurantes muito bons. Ótimo custo-benefício!

Hotel muito bem localizado
Otimo hotel. Muito bem localizado. Poucos minutos do sky costaneira, metro los leones,padarias,supermercado. Regiao muito segura. Hotel bem novo,quartos com um pequena cozinha para fazer as proprias coisas,chuveiro uma delicia. Recepção sao bem atenciosos e melhor,cafe da manha é otimo. Com certeza voltaria para me hospedar

Una mala noche
En principio todo estaba perfecto, pero a las 4 de la mañana se rompió una cañería de agua caliente en el piso -3 el cual causo que la alarma de incendio estuviera encendida toda la noche y causo que en la mañana no hubiera luz ni agua por lo que arruinó mucho la experiencia. El mayor problema es que el hotel no tenía a nadie que pudiera solucionar el incidente en el momento oportuno y fue recién en la mañana que ya pudieron tratar de solucionar el problema.

O hotel é ótimo, muito bem localizado e funcionários simpáticos e solícitos. Porém deixa a desejar no café da manhã, deveria seguir o padrão de hotéis na maior parte do mundo e ter um buffet de café da manhã.

Ótimo hotel, super bem localizado. O café da manhã é bom, mas não é buffet. O atendimento foi o único ponto que deixou um pouco a desejar, mas nada que comprometa a experiência no hotel. Quarto ótimo, limpeza igualmente boa. Recomendo.
