Trial by Fire at the Orly
We visit Chile frequently, and usually stay at the Orly, preferring the main building, not the annex. Our last visit was during Chile's violent disturbances and the hotel staff was simply outstanding! They found us open restaurants, kept the laundry and all facilities operating, and even sat up all night guarding the doors.] It is well located, reasonably priced, and staffed by very helpful and attentive staff. It only offers breakfast, but the area is surrounded with an abundance of great restaurants.

Great Location in Providencia
We have stayed at the Orly 4 times now, once for several days, the other times for a night while going through Santiago. We have always had a splendid time with excellent service and breakfast. We especially like its location -- close walk to old town Santiago and the newest shopping areas. But the best part is the neighborhood -- an eclectic mix of restaurants/cafes, interesting shopping, and cultural sights. Given a choice, we would not stay anywhere else in Santiago.

Nice historical boutique hotel
Hotel Orly is a nice boutique hotel in a historical building retaining its old school charm between the commercial and residential area of Providencia. The staff were friendly and helpful, my standard room was clean and comfortable even though the decor was a little worn and tired in some places. The hot and cold options available at buffet breakfast were nice. It's a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station - Pedro de Valdivia - so you can easily travel to the Santiago historic city centre and other places of interest in the city, and about 20 minutes walk to the entrance of the Parquemet. There are various dining options nearby but the neighbourhood is a bit more expensive than the area closer to the city centre. Overall a nice hotel to stay if looking for a place in Providencia.

Orly Hotel
Nice hotel in a good location. My room was quite small but I was on my own so it was less of a problem. I think there were bigger rooms which might suit 2 people and there are also apartments just down the round for those wanting something a bit bigger. The Hotel arranged taxis for pickup and taking to the airport for a reasonable price. Overall good value.

I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Orly. The room was very comfortable, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good as well. The location is very convenient, close to many good restaurants, stores, the park and a happening night life. I would stay there again most definitely.

End of our 2 month vacation
The hotel Orly is in a very nice and safe part of the city! The breakfast is a good and complete one from eggs to fresh fruits, juices, breads, coffee and tea, cheese, grains, yogurt etc.! The staff was super helpful and friendly the hotel have spare metro cards to use for the subway! Many local restaurants and walking distance to the gondola to get up the hill at the park and don’t forget the senior discount!
