"I can't speak highly enough about this hotel. The property/lobby photos don't do it justice...the hotel oozes charm. We felt more like we were in the UK versus Spain, the only thing missing was a roaring fire in the common area (although there is a small gas fireplace in the cafe). The service was fantastic, especially the ladies in the cafe in the morning. Front desk was incredibly helpful with lending us charging cables and an umbrella. Large rooms, water in the bathroom nice & hot, and comfy beds (if you like firm...minor gripe is we would prefer foam-top). We were there the last week of November, and they were putting up Christmas decorations the day before we left, which made it all the more charming. Truly incredible value for the price. 100% recommended!"

Natalia and Sandra are super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They are the heart of the hotel and we really appreciated them."
