"I am obsessed with the property and the bus! My husband and I stayed for a night with our three toddlers while taking a night off from section hiking the AT. We all slept in the king bed in the back which was INSANELY comfortable. The hosts are a super sweet little family. Our laundry was done for a small fee very quickly. "Our first trip to the Smokies, and I was giving my wife a perfect trip!. We loved the Mountain cabin! It had everything needed-Beautiful and Romantic Master, and very relaxing Hot Tub after a very busy day of hiking and all the essentials needed for a great supper. I will recommend this cabin to everyone. One problem we had, is the neighbors dog barks all night till 3 am. I hope they can find a solution to that problem."

"The Lazy Elk cabin was as presented in the VRBO information. It was clean, and the view of Fontana Lake was beautiful. Our particular GPS kept misdirecting us to the road, but thankfully some kind locals actually showed us the way. We stayed at the cabin almost the entire week, keeping warm by the fireplace and fire pits, and just unwinding."

"This property is definitely a hidden gem! Perfect distance to Bryson City/Cherokee and GSM National Park. Cabin was in pristine condition. Host communication was quick, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely rebook in the summer to take advantage of the rafting/tubing in the area. "Magnificent views! I wanted mountain views and boy did I get them! You can see miles and miles of mountain tops! You go up and up and up the mountain until you reach the top for the fantastic views. Breathless!! The cabin is super clean and comfortable in all aspects. The kitchen has everything you can possibly need and then some. The beds are comfortable. Our teens loved the pool table and the indoor tub and the outdoor too LOL. Watching and listening the autumn leaves fall was mesmerizing....

"3 of us drove up to fish snowbird and stayed here. Liz was an excellent host, communicated promptly/efficiently, and the house was stocked and wonderful. The cabin is right on the water, and was very clean. Liz left us some goody bags and the house was stocked with everything we would need. We didnt even stop at the ingles for anything. Would highly recommend and will return. "
