"Great lower unit with patio and view. Parking is no issue. Groceries and restaurants are near by. Neighborhood is hilly but walkable with amazing views of the ocean, which is a small walk down the hill. We were able to relax in mid-winter with the large door to the living space open letting in the fresh air. Jennifer was super welcoming and available when needed. The casita itself was as described, perfect for my daughter and I. In and out privileges with gate code. Easy access to highway and shopping. Felt safe and secure. Peaceful and serene. Would definitely stay again!"

Parking in Loma Heights is extremely hard to find— on the street is it and that’s at a premium!. Scott was very responsive, excellent communicator but did not intrude! He made it very easy for us!"
