"I loved the layout of the room, parking is plentiful. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and there were restaurants nearby. The morning breakfast had variety but could use more fresh fruit, berries, nuts. We also had a hard time finding the road for the hotel and if you miss the exit in the freeway it takes 28 min to get back! But that could’ve just been us. Overall I would recommend!"

"Average hotel in terms of hardware. Feels quite dated. What pushed it below average was the free carpark being full so had to use paid street parking in front of the hotel. "

"Poorly lit room, and NO Air Conditioning. Windows in room were open upon our arrival and room was full of mosquitoes. Pillows were lumpy and paper thin. Mattress was thin memory foam, not comfortable. Staff was absolutely indifferent to our business and our presence in the hotel. Generally just not a good place for an American traveler to feel welcome or physically comfortable. "

"Hotel is known for its spa, which we didn’t use, but its close proximity to the Villa d’Este in Tivoli and the regional train to Rome is a huge plus. Great breakfast, very inexpensive underground parking, and great staff make this hotel a very nice place to stay. Inexpensive alternative to Rome hotels but still very convenient. "

"La posizione dell’appartamento e il riscaldamento sono ottimali, ma i lati positivi finiscono qui… La pulizia inesistente, capelli e sporcizia ovunque, in cucina si convive con una perdita dal soffitto, porta del corridoio senza mostrine e impossibile da chiudere. Le chiavi dell’appartamento tutte unte. Il pavimento? Sono più puliti e dritti i sanpietrini di Roma! "I love the hospitality of the staff specially receptionist. They are very helpful .. only thing we are not happy about it’s to hot no air condition. Receptionist encourage to open the window. Which we did but the noise is ridiculous. Cleanliness is amazing and except at 2:00 am went to the washroom.. I saw a cockroach walking on my feet.. ayayyy.. no sleep.. I recommend to have an air condition. Giovanni , Marzia & all of them are very accommodating, I would say & upload to the staff. A millions of thanks. Grazie! Araceli & Giovanni"

"We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Staff were helpful and spoke English. The pool was an added bonus and the location was perfect for us to attend a concert at Alba Fucens' amphitheatre! The only slight negative was that the water pressure in the shower was not stable so it was fine one minute then it surged and was too hot. The only reason I gave it a 4* for the property facilities. Otherwise we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends."

Spacious and spotless rooms

"We were very pleased with the hotel. Rooms are spacious and private - each room has a private entrance in a "condo/townhome" type of setting. Our room was large with a balcony and french doors in the bedroom and bathroom. Nespresso machine with coffee pods in the room too. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the service impeccable. The hotel also has top notch restaurant if you don't feel like driving to town one night."
