"It was a great home for our family to gather in for a funeral. The kitchen was well equipped. We all had good sleeping arrangements. I wish there would have been more than one king size bed, and another bathroom would have been nice as well. The owner was quick to remedy a water problem in the kitchen. It was nice to have a park just down the road."

"Nice basement apartment with great location. Beds comfortable, which is an important factor to me. Communication with host was always prompt and helpful. We never could get the heat to work (stayed at 66 degrees no matter what we did) but space heaters provided were more than adequate. There is a dog upstairs that amazingly never barked but did walk around at night. It never bothered me but if you are a light sleeper, you may want ear plugs. I would definitely stay again when visiting Provo!"

"Beautiful location. Quiet and the stars were amazing! Hot tub was really nice also. Kitchen was small so we had to do some creative timing to prepare Thanksgiving dinner for 35, not all 35 were staying in the house. Could have used some more towels in the bathrooms and for the hot tubs. Also, you really need four wheel drive in the winter. Other than that we had a nice time. "
