We arrived early, rooms still being cleaned but advised to return after 3pm.Only information at property was a taxi number. No info regarding the area, maps, how to get to areas of interest. "We were refused the entry to the hotel. We reached hotel at 11pm. Rang the door bell nobody answer it. Rang the number on the booking. The guy at the either end of the phone was rude, un copertive, not helpful and also he put the phone down on me. I several time and the guy took the phone of the hook so I could not get in touch. "El hombre que nos atendió en el check-in fue muy amable y atento. Respetan las medidas covid-19 y la habitación estaba limpia. Lo peor es qje no pudimos descansar muy bieb por los ruidos, hasta las 12 no cesaron los portazos y se oía la tele y las voces de otras habitaciones. Todo se repitió por la mañana pronto, sobre las 7. Está en plena carretera, a pocos km de san vicente de la barquera y con muchos servicios en el propio establecimiento (tienda, bar, restaurante...)."
