"This was a convenient functional stop for a Bilbao ferry the next morning. (Approx 2hrs) The guesthouse adjacent to the bar/cafe was warm and clean, well kept no-frills accommodation and served the purpose. "A one night stop en route to San Sebastian. The hotel was quiet, staff were helpful and friendly, however we weren't able to use the bar due to a private function, and the restaurant was closed, resulting in us going out in the pouring rain. A coffee machine in the room, however no coffee available. Breakfast was good, however we felt it was a rip off paying for parking for a hotel that was not in the centre."

Kitchen facilities but Coffee machine would be useful as for 1 night stay people dont tend to purchase coffee & milk. Have use of private fridge & extra charge to use launndry facilities but...

"We were refused the entry to the hotel. We reached hotel at 11pm. Rang the door bell nobody answer it. Rang the number on the booking. The guy at the either end of the phone was rude, un copertive, not helpful and also he put the phone down on me. I several time and the guy took the phone of the hook so I could not get in touch. The only thing he kept saying is ‘do not speak English’. I even found a translator from street but the guy would not answer my calls. I think guy need to taught how to...
