"My sister and I wanted a place near East Beach so we could easily walk everywhere. The place isn't fancy but clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood feels safe and is very quiet. I really appreciated the good quality beach chairs, towels, and umbrella available for our use. Tri County Produce is just 2 blocks away and has all the basics. "Divine. Slept so peacefully in this quiet sanctuary with private garden, fountain and barbecue situated just blocks from cafes, Funk Zone and State Street shopping. The kitchen was stocked with a wide array of spices, all appliances and every baking/cooking pan I could need. Dishes were fun pottery and antiques, enjoyed! There was both heat and AC! Manager Debbie was just a text away and was ready to assist anyway she could. All was a friendly vacation retreat !! Highly recommend."

"Check in was very easy. Host was responsive and very nice. It’s pretty small perfect for a couple. The room was complete with all the small things you may need. There were hangers, plenty of towels, a Keurig, candles, iPhone charger, and even a microwave. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Besides that we only relied on rideshare and a few times the driver did not want to drive up the hill. We had to walk down. The view was beautiful at night and watching sunrise in bed was awesome....

"It was my husband and I’s first time visiting Santa Barbara and we couldn’t have had a more enjoyable stay. The location was perfect! So close to downtown and also walking distance to the pier. "Our son plays summer ball for the SB Foresters and we wanted to find a family friend home that would provide the time and space to be together. This home was perfect! We made some meals and ate together, walked on the beach, watched fireworks, and visited local small business vendors in the Funk zone. This home was a great escape and was convenient to all the local spots! Most within walking distance. The Host are wonderful and so accommodating! Great home and would highly recommend renting it!"
