"América at the reception was very nice and kind, everything was so easy. Very nice and quiet place. All Was good for us. Couple of things inside the room could be better, like shower handle was loose and sink was clogged. Forgot to mention the shower handle to America. We had a good time there. "

"The place is great. About walking to where ENSENADA letters are and the Mexican Flag. I like it not exactly where all the crowd is. The place very clean and organized. The room was great smelling nice and with a window. The breakfast so delicious with great coffee, the restaurant and kitchen very clean too. "

"Five star hotel! The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The view and pool is amazing. The only bad thing is the rooftop bar has been close since Covid. It would be great if they could reopen that bar for people that want to enjoy the night at the hotel. "

"The hotel was great. It was conveniently located close to everything and had a clean, welcoming vibe. It’s about 30 minutes away from the Paipai Zoo, and the food was excellent. One downside, though, is that I use insulin for medication, which needs to be refrigerated. Unfortunately, only the suites have refrigerators, so I would recommend booking a suite if you need one. The standard room we stayed in was very spacious. I would definitely stay here again for future vacations in Ensenada."
