Nice location and view of Ensenada. 4 stars on cleanliness because there were a few really dirty spots (top of glass over stove and top of fridge) where a simple damp sponge would have done wonders. Hot water appliance also failed and was tricky to get hot water. But we were able to contact on-site person and owner and everything resolved to our satisfaction (I was able to take a hot shower). "A great location on a steep hill with amazing views and sunsets to the docks and the ocean. The unit was tastefully decorated and our host was very accommodating. "We had a very positive experience with Rick and Sandra, from when we booked to check out. They were easy and responsive in their communications and the description is accurate. It is just south of the main drag, but has lots of local eateries and an easy bike ride into the centre. It was just lovely to walk on the beach each morning.
