This Redfish Village condo, beautifully decorated in soft blue tones, offers a stylish, comfortable home base for your explorations of Blue Mountain Beach. You'll find this property on Scenic Highway 30A in the community of Blue Mountain Beach, where it sits one block from the Gulf of Mexico. The shores of Big Redfish Lake and a lovely collection of shops and restaurants are just a few steps away. When you're not swimming and sunbathing, you can rent bikes to easily reach Gulf Place Town Center and Grayton Beach State Park.

Had a great time. Good location and clean. I would prefer a better bed. Putting a topper on a bad mattress doesn’t help. Need wider drapes for bedroom. It looks out to walk way and need to insure privacy. Very quiet.

Exactly what we needed!
This place was spot on with the description and photos. Redfish Village was a perfect spot for our first time visiting the Santa Rosa Beach area. Private parking, balcony, spacious living areas and super clean. Plenty of places to eat, drink, and hear music all within a 5 minute walk, or a 15 min bike ride. We have been going to the Gulf waters for over 40 years, and Blue Mountain Beach blows all the other Gulf beaches out of the water (pun intended). The water was super, super clean and clear and the beach sand was baby powder soft and white. This place has now become our new favorite. Don't hesitate booking......you won't be disappointed.

Great property with a lot of potential!
I own a VRBO property, so leaving a truthful review is important to me! The location was great, we loved the private beach access! The property was overall very clean and well decorated! A few things that we we not happy with included… The mattress, it was uncomfortable and should be replaced! I’ve slept on nicer sheets at much less quality properties/hotels! We actually ended out vacation a day early to avoid another back ache! The shower was not draining properly so we removed the catch at the drain and it was NASTY! Definitely needs to be replaced or cleaned on a regular basis! There were no maps or directions to the pool and the location of the pool is not obvious! This information should be provided! Hope to visit redfish village again!

Great Location
Nice little spot in a mixed residential/commercial property complex. Can walk to multiple restaurants and the beach. Blue Mountain is definitely the quieter/less crowded part of 30A, so if that’s what you’re looking for, this is a really solid option. We enjoyed our stay!

RedFish Village super convenient location!
RedFish Village was a very nice condo for the two of us. The location was very convenient for the beach, food and sightseeing on 30A. We enjoyed the live music on the first night, on nights 2 and 3 we spent at the pool.

Property amenities were awesome! The condo itself was ok. The bed was horrendous! We took turns sleeping on the couch :( The ice maker didn’t work and the washer/dryer was wonky. Kitchen wasn’t fully stocked. Needed pans for 2, pot holders and basic kitchen tools. For the price…expected more.

Lovely 1 Bedroom in Redfish
Beautifully decorated and very clean one bedroom condo. Redfish Village is very convenient to the beach and 30A neighborhoods. The pool area is lovely. Highly recommend Redfish Village, and this unique one bedroom which is great for a solo or couple trip.

Overall a wonderful place to stay!
The location and actual place were great! The only complaint we have is the towels were terrible quality… they would not stop shedding on everything even after washing them. It would have been nice to know ahead of time to just bring our own. Other than that, Redfish village is such a great place to stay!

Fantastic Location!!
This is a great place and worth the money. We had a blast! Close to the beach and a great restaurant on the property. Cant beat it. Only complaint: 1)dusty bedroom ceiling fan and headboard 2)dirty dish in the stack of dishes with caked on food. Overall, nothing much to complain about. I would highly recommend M1-220

Birthday Getaway!
