"We used the tour service located in the lobby. We were told it included transportation to boat and then back to hotel. We we're abondoned when boat returned and had to find transportation back to hotel on our own. Don't use tour service!!"

"Terrific team and super helpful. We took taxis to leave the hotel as the street is not pleasant. Kitchen is good, spa services are excellent and the front desk staff were great about helping us find our way around. I would stay there again. "

"This is a beautiful hostel, i thought it was a hotel. I wasn't aware that you had to drive on a rough road up the mountain, i found out 2hrs before we got our car rental. They do provide transportation but we found out last minute. The food at restaurant was really good and the service is great. The beds are hard but not an issue for me."

"To be clear, this is not a hotel in the truest sense. The staff are usually all gone by 6pm and access to the building is by security code only. Having said that, this is my 2nd stay here because of its friendly and helpful staff, as well as its closeness to the beach, nightlife and shopping. I will stay here again."
