"I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed the stay. The room allocated was spacious and comfortable. The room was cleaned everyday. I experience periodic issues with the WiFi within the room and with the TV signal. The breakfast provided by the hotel was satisfactory but not as good as in other hotels of a similar size etc. The pool area was very nice with plenty of space for those wishing to use it. The music was a bit loud. I used the gym and that was very good with a variety of machines and free weights available. The room had a nice balcony which was very pleasant for relaxing in. I found all the staff very friendly, helpful and professional. "

"El service es excellent Laura nos hizo sentir especial en el restaurante tuvieron que modificar un platillo ya que soy intolerante a la lactosa le quedó delicioso gracias al cocinero (a) Y por accidente se me olvidaron unos anillos en la caja fuerte y tuve que regresar 2 horas después y muy amablemente me acompañó Isrrael me dio tanta tranquilidad que estarían ahí y así fue ! gracias Excelentes servicio"

"No conocía este sector de Santa Marta (Gaira) y decidí venir por curiosidad. Es un lugar bastante agitado y concurrido, pero al entrar al Hotel 3H se siente un cambio inmediato: un oasis en medio del bullicio. Es quizá la mejor opción en la zona. Por un precio muy accesible, tienes habitaciones cómodas, desayuno incluido y parqueadero privado, lo cual es un gran plus para la comodidad y seguridad de los huéspedes. El ambiente dentro del hotel es relajante, y el personal es muy atento. Por su relación calidad - precio es altamente recomendado."
