"This is a beautiful and tranquil place. The views anre stunning. Owners were helpful kind and accommodating. We stayed overnight in a quadruple room before a cruise, which actually was two bedrooms in one room number, great with teenagers and good value. "Our stay was amazing!! We arrived early was able to leave our luggage and were given a restaurant suggestion. We walked along the water eat lunch and stopped at the grocery store in the building and bought wine, cheese and meats. We sat out on the deck and watched the ocean and drank the wine. Woke up in the morning and had a wonderful Italian breakfast with great company of the host and other guests. Transportation was arranged and we all headed to the ship. "

"This is not a hotel or motel. It is a floor with nice rooms. The only time we saw anyone behind the desk was when guests were expected. It was difficult to reach out to anyone. "Stayed here with another couple the evening before our cruise. Sandro, the owner, is absolutely awesome. He picked us up from the airport, got us settled in our rooms and then took us to the best restaurant in the area for our first fine Italian meal. The next morning he arranged our transportation to the cruise ship. This is not a hotel, it is a stand alone building that has been converted into several new rooms. Everything is new, modern and clean."
